ICRB uses a quadripartite approach to design, develop and deploy new products and services. ICRB’ 4D model covers all the aspects involved to successfully launch a product or a service- from conceptualisation to implementation. A rendering of our 4D model is provided below.

1. Design

Formulation of research problem or research questions,  set bounds of them, determine the purpose of the study.  Searching and review the literature relating to the regarding research problem and develop a framework. Development of the theoretical construction of the future research. Creation of hypothesis which should be verified/falsified in future research

Hypothesis Testing

2. Discover

The data collected from various sources is systematically organized for interpretation and analysis. The data is examined for completeness and accuracy and organized in an orderly, coherent fashion so discern patterns and relationships can be interpreted.

Data Review and Contextual, Cultural Analysis

Domain, Online and Secondary Research

3. Develop

During this phase Multiple possible solutions are developed. The solutions are evaluated against the challenges identified. Where necessary, domain and sector specialists, technologists and innovation-entrepreneurs are brought in to jump-start innovation efforts. In order to better align proposed solutions with their future context of application, they are tested by end user.

4. Deploy

Most strategies fail in the implementation phase. The root of the problem can be traced to three factors: a failure of translation, adaptation, and sustainability. ICRB uses a dynamic approach in order to overcome these limitations. This is done by establishing a robust implementation framework for the strategy formulated in the previous phase. The following activities are conducted in this phase
